Nasty deep dish pizza. Went to UNOs sat. Evening. Pizza had no taste .Crust was hard. Pizza had no flavor . It was the worst we have ever had . Paid way to much for a pizza that wasn’t fit to eat.Hostess seemed moody .Wont be back if it was free .
Worse Uno’s in Va- check my review. Wow this place it is the worse I went on Sept 4, 2011 to take hubby for his birthday. 45 minutes waiting for the food to come and the place was not even full! I order a four cheese deep dish pizza, hubby order parmesan chicken with a salad that wasn’t fresh and his plate was supposes to come with bread WE NEVER Saw it! My mom food at least came decent. When my pizza came it was hard and burn… looks like they did it and over re-heat it. I told the server Bryan, I don’t want it he went look for the manager; I explain to him why I was so disappointed and upset he offer me another pizza; I don’t trust in cooks when you re order food and even more if it a complained people do all kinds of nasty things to your food sadly but truth. I was craving that pizza so bad… and I know how Uno’s pizza or their other food supposes to come out because I had work with them in the past. The manager took the pizza out of the check… but he could do more than that, the server did not provide us with a good services and all this lead to the online review next day central office was calling me regarding my survey and my inconvenient issue at the restaurant. Because of the survey I got $10 voucher.I will never come back to this place; so I went Monday to Uno’s military Highway it was great James my server did a great job and the cook Fernando also.
Just okay…. It’s alright if you wanna catch a quick bite before a movie. But make sure to buy your tickets first… Some nights you’ll have to grab your waiter and push him/her to bring your check. Service is particularly slow.
One bad Chicago Grill. My experience here was far below par, the service was lousy and the food was so much worse. Biting into the deep dish pizza that I paid over the odds for was like trying to take a bite out of the side of the Hoover Dam. When I told my server about the dish they refuted my my claim and said that the pizza was fine. I do not advise anybody to try one of these deep dishes let alone waste your gas money driving into the parking lot.
Watch out. I went to unos the other day and had the quesadilla it was made with a thin crust pizza shell of theirs it was so hard and crunchy it broke my tooth showed the manager and nothing was done it took the manager about 15 min to find the form and another 20 min to fill it out one week to here from somebody about it another week to tell me they werent going to do anything about as a quesadilla is supposed to be hard as a rock beware
