Worst. Service ever. They needed to add some fries to our salt. It really turned me off from other Wendys as well.
It’s gone down hill.. Kinda wondering what’s happening here. I used to live in the neighborhood behind this Wendy’s (Kings Grant) about 6-7 years ago and was a fairly frequent customer of the place at the time. Now work has me near here so I figured I’d stop in and try one of the new ‘Dave’ signature burgers.How is this new burger different from the old Wendy’s burger?. Let’s see, patty, exactly the same… Potato bun, exactly he same. Cheese, bacon, and chemically ripened tomato that was still green in the middle. Check, check, check. I can find no difference other than the new upright packaging.Service was sub-par. There was no sense of urgency from any of the staff. It took almost 15 minutes to get my meal with 1 other customer in front of me. Also while the place was well lit and looked clean at first glance it really wasn’t. Tables needed to be wiped down and lots of little pieces of debris were all over the place. Could use some vacuuming for sure.
