The pupusas are good, but not the best I have ever had. They, like the tamales, are just sort of missing something. The second time I went there, I was disappointed with the curtido that goes with the pupusas–instead of nicely pickled cabbage and veggies, it was more like cooked cabbage and onion served cold. Not sure what happened–it wasn’t like that the first time I went there! Good enough to try one more time for convenient carry-out on a busy worknight, but there are definitely better pupusas and tamales out there.
