Great Dive!. My wife and I have dined at Toms several times, the food has always been great, never a complaint. I love the staff, very nice, sweet and accommodating. The dcor maybe a bit dated but we feel it adds charm to the place, makes it feel small town and homey like. Not many places left that provide that feel anymore.
A dive – and not in a good way. Grade: C-/D+An old, tired-looking interior should’ve been a telltale sign of the food to come. The Reuben was recommended to me but it was greasy and skimpy on the corned beef. The chicken parm was straight-from-frozen, topped with an unmelted slice of cheese and a boring tomato sauce, seasoned at the end with a few shakes of oregano, all presented on a bed of overcooked spaghetti. Nasty across the board.
