I was here at a Friday happy hour, although the bar was only have full. I sat down and it took over 10 minutes for the bartenders to acknowledge me. They attended to patrons next to me and people that came in after me. I finally started waving my hands to get their attention. I was told to hold on. I ordered a draft beer and nothing else. The bartender then forgot to get it. Another 10 minutes went by and I flagged another bartender down who promptly got me my drink. It was not until I had finished my drink that the bartenders became attentive asking if I would like another. I said no and the two bartenders that had asked me walked off. I again had to flag one down to get my check, which took another 10 minutes. They were very speedy to run my card immediately. In total I had to wait over 30 minutes for one draft beer and my check in a half full bar. I am a former bar manager and restaurant manager and was appalled at the horrible service. I would not go here again. I have been to the location in DC and the bartenders were awesome.
