  I and my wife want to celebrate our special day on Friday night, we were escorted to the table with very nice young lady at the host station, surprise me when we sat at the table at least 20 minutes or more several server walk pass and pass and pass like nobody see us at the table, why management please tell me how can you let your staff treat your customers different way, we don’t even have any body come to the table. bad bad bad terrible I never seen it in my life and it wasted our time to wait for nothing, you don’t deserved to have any single star from me you have disappoint my experience with you already. we will never comeback and will always tell more and more of our friend not to waste their time to try this place. I was coming in here with high hope of good service and good food, No I get neither of it, I will definitely not come back to Applebees again

  The service is horrible. After waiting 20 minutes we finally got water, Then another 20 minutes we’re still waiting on all other drinks. The bartender could care less she was out hanging with the customers hugging people. If 6 people walk into a restaurant then you should pay them some attention. Tear it down and make a Wawa

  OMG the worst service I have ever had! My first time ever complaining to a manager at restaurant. It took 20 min for somebody just to attempt to get our drink orders and this was after having to get somebody just to acknowledge the fact that we were there. At the same time watched a waitress take orders from other tables including one directly in front of us with people who sat down after we had already been waiting. We ended up just leaving because we were fed up at that point. It doesn’t help when your also there with 3 young ones who were getting restless. Never again will I come back!

  I just came from the restaurant about 30 min ago and the shit is a shame. When me and my wife and kids went inside it took more than five min to be seated and half of the restaurant was empty! After we get seated we ask the guy who seats us about the specials and he doesn’t know at all. Five minutes after that when our waitress finally gets to us we order drinks which we get 20 min later after the kids food already gets there. Which two other people besides our waitress brings out so my wife and I didnt get a chance to order our meal until at least 30 min in. We finally order our food and when they bring it out they have the wrong side with my wife’s meal. That was enough for us and I didn’t even list every thing that was wrong because I can go for awhile but to wrap it up. I will not I repeat will not never eat there again and I wouldn’t suggest it to no one else.

  I like Applebee’s but…. I love Applebee’s for the drinks and the food but this place was kind of off. There wasn’t a host to greet me but instead a waiter who just happened to be walking by. It didn’t matter because I sat at the bar anyway. The bartender was nice but the bar was dirty and full of crumbs. The place was pretty dim too even though it was in the middle of the day. There were also a lot of sketchy looking people in there too. Needless to say even though I was very hungry I left after one beer because I didn’t feel comfortable there.
