    Everything taste the same terrible custumer service. Place has gone down hill. Manager refused to talk to us when we had complaint. All the food taste the same and had no flavor. I was so disappointed with the service. Our waitress was sweet but manager was disrespectful and rude refusing to listen to his customer and work with us. Never will go back.

    YUMMY!!!. I love this buffet! They have an excellent sushi bar, the best lump crab cakes, and so many yummy selctions to choose from. The prices are great and I love going for lunch. Im so glad they are close to my home and would recommend them to everyone!!!

    Tasty baked flounder fish. My favorites are the baked flounder fish, clams with sauce and the big fried shrimps. sometimes they have fried crabs.

    Don’t waste your time or money the food is horrible. They don’t even carry much asian food, except one or two items. The items names are made up from Mars. I reported my unsatisfaction and opinion about the buffet. The management did not want to hear it. They used to be so good.

    Worst place ever. Do not go here if you are with a group. Even if you booked ahead. They were EXTREMELY rude to us acting as if our entire group was trying to eat free. I mean really? I’ve never been to a sit-down restaurant where you were forced to pay first. I honestly believe we were profiled. Naturally, no one knew to pay first and we were hassled the entire night for our receipts to prove we paid. When we complained to management about the harassment of having to show our receipts to every server, they neglected us and stopped serving us altogether. They interrupted our function to argue about why we complained to the manager. It’s obvious they were only concerned about the money and nothing else. It’s not as if we were a group of high school kids. We are all business professionals out to celebrate a friend’s personal achievement. I have been here numerous times before in much smaller parties and their food is so-so but acceptable and never experienced this behavior. Rest assured I will NEVER return and have shared my experience with all I know! I suggest the new hibachi grill where the comp USA used to be, it’s clean, great service, great food and they also have banquet rooms.

    Worse Experience Ever At Virginia Beach. This is a tradition every year for us to go to Virginia beach for our family reunion and vacation spot for at least 20 years now BUT this time we encountered a horrific experience at uptown buffet which was our favorite buffet to go to while in Virginia Beach….Service wasn’t that great….it appears that staff is overworked and not respected by management….Management is HORRIBLE AND RUDE…management carded our 10 yr.old because she was bigger than what he thought a 10 yr old should be, and he refused to give her the child’s rate for the buffet because of it, even though we told the truth about her age…he disputed this argument for approximately 10 minutes and the restaurant was full of people and very crowded which embarrassed us, he than refused to believe our child’s correct age and decided to charge us for and adult anyways…He was very RUDE and NASTY to us over $2 ( the difference in an adult and child price)…..MONEY WAS NOT THE ISSUE…because we even paid him $2 over the adult fee to let him know that we did not care about the money….the issue was that he wouldn’t stop disputing our child’s age and embarrassed and degraded my child because of her size and made her feel too big for her size…the environment of the restaurant and the attitude of the staff was horrible….WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BECOMING BACK AND WILL DEFINITELY BE INFORMING FAMILY, FRIENDS AND OUR CHURCH MEMBERS ABOUT THIS DISCRIMINATION AND MISTREATMENT.
