Wasting Your Time & Money. Don’t bother even trying them out…food isn’t very good and the staff acts like you are wasting their time. Too many other Chinese restaurants to choose from to waste your resources on this one!
Don’t bother. It is one thing to pay good money for mediocre food, BUT not to be treated like you are wasting their time. Better to order at Good Taste Chinese. At least they Treat you like they want your business!
Great food, REALLY, REALLY hard to order from over the phone.
Worst so far. Lunch menue really is not impressive and is a little of choice and variety. they only have pork fried rice/white rice and spring roll. so when I asked what kind of a spring roll offered, my only choices were pork and shrimp – I eat neither of those two… they did not have a vegetarian spring roll…. the dish itself wasn’t good, instead of broccolli floretts it was chunchs on the broccolii trunks, carrots were huge and chicken was not natural – it is more chewy processed frozen type. I was not satisfied with the service either, not friendly nor welcoming…. the lady did not offer me a drink nor any substitute for the spring roll that was included in the combo – and on top of that they charged the full price! not even an apology that they couldn’t get me a good food. I am never going back there!! ever!!!
Rude customer service, stale food. The customer service is very rude which I don’t even mind, my main issue is with the stale food. I paid for $14 worth of fried rice and it was all STALE rice which I’m 100% certain wasn’t cooked on the same day I ordered it, I feel cheated.
Horrible Customer Service Skills! 0 stars.. Evergreen has by far the worst customer skills I have yet to experience from a chinese restaurant! The owners are rude, unfriendly and did I mention they were rude?They seem to forget that WE (customers) are doing them a favor by entering their restaurant, giving them our time and money. The owners acted as if I was an inconvience!My feelings obviously are mutual because the place was EMPTY and PATHETIC!People in the restaurant industry understand how vital customer skills are to surviving in that business. They understand or should that kindness and respect is the heart of the industry! I encourage people to stay clear of EVERGREEN! There are so many wonderful chinese restuaurants in Richmond to choose from like…PANDA GARDEN! That place is wonderful.
It alright. Ever green receptionist is kind of weird but food is really good.i like there food 7 out of 10!!!
