Fantastic. Good gluten free pizza crust and great topping mixture. I ordered the Paia pie, mm. Their website says the pizza is made in a separate facility to prevent contamination, not sure if this is true because I didn’t see the back end of the store but nonetheless I enjoyed the pizza and did not have much stomach upset afterward. Definitely comparable with Mellow Mushroom’s GF.
I am visiting from Utah. I was so excited to try the Gluten Free Pizza. Disappointing to say the least. I asked the server what topping were gf and she had no idea. Living with Celiac disease you have to know the ingredients in everything you put in your mouth. I won’t be back…for sure.
