Good food, but not for every day. The food at Ma-Musa’s is good; there are no two ways about it. Wonderful African cuisine, prepared from authentic West African recipes.The last time I was in there it was a buffet-by-the-pound affair, which for me can quickly get out of hand.Most of the food seems heavy in calories and I suspect heavy in saturated fat (palm kernel and/or coconut oil?), so I wouldn’t suggest making it an every day treat, but I could justify it once a week. My cardiologist would vehemently disagree, however.
