This is a good rendition of Japanese style ramen. I had the spicy pork ramen, and it had heat, but lacked the acidic zesty flavors that I get when I make ramen at home. I think the broth would really come to life with a squeeze of lime juice. Maybe then it wouldn’t be Japanese ramen, but it would be more to my taste.This place is pretty pricy for ramen, especially compared to the prices you would find in Japan.However, the atmosphere is fun and feels Japanese
