I just ate at Belmont pizzeria last night This is my second time there,Wow I don’t know how you guys do it but you sure make a damn good pizza! great prices too. It reminds me of when I went to Italy 2 years ago with my husband, we thought we never find another good Italian pizza, thank God for this place ,and the best part it’s right around the corner from us. can’t wait to try your heavenly delicious food again, your menu is so big so much to choose from I hear it’s all delicious. I want to say the pizza is good…. … But it’s not, and everything about it screams cheap ingredients. That said I like having Belmont as an option to stuff my face with mediocre grub. Pretty sure everyone is high as a kite behind the counter, as well as those who are saying they have great pizza. It’s quick, easy and the uncomplicated. Consistent experiences there have led me to respect the tiny establishment. No bad times here.
Really????. I don’t know how to express how dissapointed I am wit this place! I also obviously don’t know what you people consider as good pizza. I know this is not good pizza. I can make a better pizza by buying a jar of marinara, a bag of chesse, a pack of pepperoni, and a package if Jiff pizza crust mix and make a better pie! Try Tony’s on Cox, or Leonardos. Even Bella Luna on Hungary. Anything but this. God!!! I’ll take Chanellos over this. WTF?06 Apr, 2013Sucked. I can’t believe you people gave such good reviews. I am a pizza fanatic and refuse to eat at chain pizza joints. i.e. Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns etc. Reading the reviews I thought I was going to get a really good authentic Italian pizza. Well, that was not the case. It reminded me of a close second to Papa John’s. If you are in RVA and want good pizza, stick with Mary Angela’s or any of their family’s pizza places. FYI, the same family owns Piccolas, Pronto, Ariannas, Nonnas. Capriccios and Vinny’s has really good pie too! What I got tonight was the sorriest excuse for a pizza than Little Caesars. I will never return to Belmont Pizzeria. Like the other guy said, if you walk into an Italian resturant and you see a conveyer belt oven, just turn around and walk away.
While the fact that the pizza arrived lukewarm had an impact on our enjoyment of it, the Margherita would have been far from great even piping hot. It mostly resembled a regular cheese pizza with the addition of basil. A huge bubble displaced the toppings from the majority of two pieces, and the sauce was applied inconsistently. There was nothing authentic about it. The salad was uninspired but seemed fresh and the ranch dresssing was very tasty. The spinach bread was fine-extremely cheesy and garlicky. I won’t order from Belmont again.
Good Pizza!. I have been here a few times in the past few months. The first time I went, the pizza was a bit soft and soggy. The flavor was excellent, but I just feel like it should have been cooked a bit longer so the crust would have some crispiness. I have been back 3 times since and each time it has been perfect. Crust is nice and crispy, and the flavors are bold. The slices are large, and a medium could feed 3 average adults. This place will be my new go-to pizza spot.
I ordered pizzas for the first time and after I got them home they were not what I had ordered. I called them and they delivered the pizzas I had ordered in less than 20min! The pizzas were delicious, I will be ordering them again!
Finally!. I love the pizza here! The staff is always nice and the pizza is awesome! I’ve had alot of pretty good pizza in Richmond but this takes the cake. I used to work at a pizza place when i was younger and have been trying to find something that is just as good ever since… i finally have!
