I am from NM and I must admit it is hard to find Mexican food that fits what I like – Green chili! This place is good; try the Blue Corn chicken Enchiladas in the green sauce.
Fabulous Breakfast!!!. This place serves a great fresh breakfast!!! I had the Mexican Omlette and it came with fresh pico de gao, guacamole and cilantro. Definitely recommend this place!!!!
Good Sunday Breakfast. Went to the 23rd street location at 9 am on a Sunday (they do open at 9). I had Flautas de Deseyuno and my wife the Breakfast Burrito. They were good, but a little bland for my taste so we asked for some Chipolte Salsa, which they mixed up fresh. It was great and made for a wonderful breakfast. Service was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Bleh. Really cute atmosphere and good service, but food just didn’t cut it for me. Had blue corn chicken enchiladas, the chicken itself had good flavor, but there was more cheese on the plate than anything else and the beans were more oil than beans, and with very little flavor. Tacos are crispy, yea!, but come with iceberg lettuce, a few hunks of tomato, and shredded cheddar. Very plain. And the ground meat was mealy and again not very flavorful.There is much better food to be had on 23rd St, and much better Mex to be had at Los Tios in Alexandria.
Good quality Mexican food at a reasonable price. Excellent service.
