Excellent juevos rancheros!
We had breakfast here during the MCM weekend. It’s walking distance from the Radison and most other hotels. It is nothing fancy, but it had very good food with efficient staff. Price wasn’t too bad either.
Too good to keep to myself!!. This place is awesome!! We wandered in during our first trip to D.C. and we had such a nice time we made a point of returning when we traveled back a year later. The service was very personable on both trips and the food was awesome. We have had breakfast, burgers, steak, seafood and drinks. All was very good. I highly recommend the sangria!! While people are more likely to share a bad experience I think it’s important to make a point of sharing service experiences that are extraordinarily awesome as well. Cesar’s Diner is one of those exceptional places.
Do they understand English?. First time they brought something totally different (bacon hamburger) than I ordered (cheese steak with lettuce tomato and mustard only). Then the waiter told me that was what I ordered, when the person that was with me confirmed that I didn’t order what he brought. So he leaves to get my cheese steak and confirms my order. I had to correct him twice. So when he finally brought out my sandwhich, why did it have mayonaise on it? I will not be eating here again…ever.
