Convenient walkable location near Crystal City hotels. Diverse menu, exceptional steamed spicy shrimp. Not very spicy but very fresh tasting and flavorful. Happy hour drinks and food as well.
In town for business and thought we’d try a local spot. Hockey game was on so crowded with Capitals fans, but not a loud boisterous bunch. Food was just okay, fish was over cooked and dry, ended up pulling the batter off, fries and cole slaw were ok. Coworker had a burger that also was overcooked, he dipped it in the ranch dressing from his salad. We were surprised to be charged for drink refills, didn’t see a note on the menu that they charged for it. Will try another restaurant in the area next time.
Crystal City Sports Pub. We ate here while on vacation. Food and service mediocre. Fish & chips overcooked and greasy. I got a burger with chili on it. Meat was under seasoned and small amount of chili was fair. Overall a dry, tasteless meal. To top it off, when the bill came we were charged for soft drink refills. Who does that anymore!? Wish we hadn’t wasted a meal on it.
