This is my first time back in DC for several years and my friend who lives here now wanted to find some good local food. I kid you not, the sirloin I had was the best piece of meat I’ve tasted. The service was lovely and their lobster mashed potatoes are also delicious. Highly recommended.
Just average. Average food with just okay service. Beer was warm and not much to choose from other than the typical junk. The food was just average with above average prices and long waits. We had to wait to have drinks filled even after they asked if we want a refill. I ordered a soup but they said it was going to take a while because they have to make it and offered the clam chowder. I am a clam chowder fan so I accepted and it was one of the best clam chowders I have had. Overall there are just to many options around to want to go back here unless I want some more chowder.
LAME service….again. Service the last 2 times has been sub par. Food is always good. Only served half of our order…..come on guys, you’re better than this. Will not be returning to this location again.
Hoped for Better!. Food is usually very good, however, not so great on my last visit a few days ago. Hopefully, it will be better next time. I’ll give them another chance…
Disappointed @ Crystal City. Decent entrees; tasteless pecan pie; chocolate bag missing its mousse; errors on check; server (Kandis) lacked personality, somewhat apathetic. This was especially disappointing since most in our party came from M&S’s home in Oregon and we know how good they can be.
Nice atmosphere. Good food. Service was lacking- manager had to come out and apologize that the food was still not out yet, our waiter never bothered to mention it…. I would still go back though
The mussels were great, but everything else was bland. The crab soup tasted like Campbell’s vegetable soup with crab put on top. It was a disappointing meal.
