I got the make your own pizza. You pick the sauce and toppings and they bake it. There are about two dozen toppings to choose from as well as several sauces. I am usually critical of airport food, this place was REALLY good. Pizza is thin crust, pretty large, and about $10.
Awesome Pie!. I was stuck in the airport for TWO DAYS during an ice storm in early March 2015. THANK GOODNESS this place had opened. The food is AMAZING! I love lots of pizza toppings on a thin crust pizza, but most restaurants limit the toppings, citing concerns over the pizza cooking properly…. and, if that doesn’t happen, I end up spending a small fortune to get what I want… but not here! You are encouraged to choose from TONS… and TONS… of toppings, all for a very reasonable (cheap-for-an-airport) base price. (Think of Subway, Chipotle or Cava style custom made-to-order fast food with fresh ingredients…) My favorties were the ancient grains crust, spicy tomato and pesto sauces, salami, basil, arugula and lots of fresh veggies… (The pizza looks as good as it tastes. I uploaded a few photos.) Also, the restaurant has electric outlets every few feet above the counter so your phone can recharge while you do… (which was a godsend during the ice storm to keep my cell phone going…). This is my new favorite in National Airport!
