Made reservations only to have them call me back to cancel them…the girl who had me on hold for five minutes confirmed the time and my name and number. Five minutes later I get a call from a man who said she made a mistake. They could take us in 5 minutes or 2 hours from our original time. I think they got a bigger reservation and bumped us. Very unprofessional!
This place is a gimmicky spot. Plain and simple. The food was good, the view was breathtaking and the service was lousy. You are paying for the view and boy o’boy are you paying. I’m not above paying for a quality meal experience, but this was ridiculous. Service was very slow and nearly impossible to get our waiter at times. When we placed our order, my son ordered the ribs and our waiter said he was sorry but they were out of ribs. Less than an hour later we see ribs being delivered to another table who had come in about 30 minutes after us. Not sure why he lied to us, but it will be remembered. Also, if you do plan to go and check out the view, make sure you ask for a table by the window and not one by the dance floor. We didn’t know we had the option. After being seated, we asked our waiter if we could move to one of three empty window seats, he said he would ask the manager. After walking away and tending to another table, he returned and said the manager declined our request. Funny how we never saw him speak or even go close to the manager. We won’t go again and recommend caution if you go.
