Great hidden gem within walking distance from Crystal City! Very friendly wait staff with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend the baked eggplant; the flavors were incredible! Tsaziki was some of the best I’ve ever had! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
Our Favorite. I’m almost afraid to call attention to this little gem in Crystal City for fear of not being able to get a table myself, especially on Saturday night. Have been going here for over a decade. The service is friendly and professional, without being obsequious. Go hungry! The food is consistently good, reasonably priced, with generous portions.The specials are superb, especially pork with celery, soft-shell crabs (!!) and grilled pork chops. The sauce on the lamb shank is tomato based with a hint of cinnamon — delicious. I never cared for lamb until I had it here. The thick, strong, sweet Greek coffee is a treat at lunch (but if one has it at dinner, count on a sleepless night). For dessert, the baklava is exquisite, crisp even when drizzled with honey. Go, but don’t take my table!!
Favorite Eat in Arlington. This is my favorite eat in Arlington hands down! Their greek salad is off the chain; add salmon and you have got an amazing dinner. The owners and staff are wonderful people and make the experience great every time. It is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Arlington/Crystal City area.
Great place. I was visiting the DC area for the first time and found this place. The food is great, the prices are reasonable for large portions. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. All that was missing was a hug. I highly recommend it.
Great food and service !. I really loved the food at this restaurant, very good and huge portions.The braised lamb shank melts in your mouth, enough to feed 2-3 people.The chicken with pasta was very good and the grilled whole silver bass was excellent!Our beautiful young waitress was very pleasant and accommodating .She explained to us in great detail most of the items on the menu and she made wonderful recommendations, she was very good .I have been to all of the Greek restaurants in the metro area, and this is by far the best Greek restaurant in the area.Great food, great service, and great prices, what more do you want ?
This place is cute and delicious!! Ordered the Mediterranean Spread appetizer which includes 4 different spreads with pita bread, all amazing! Also order the Lamb Gyros and were so pleased! Also, parking is free for diners and very inexpensive!!
The food is home style, non-pretentious and abundant. Cute outdoor patio area, and lots of parking. Those two features alone make this a worthwhile spot.
