Happy Bday to Noelle. I called the Gourmet Bake Shoppe at the last min. for a bday cake that was needed for that Saturday. I can NOT begin to thank Chef Melissa- the cake was beautiful and done per my daughters specifications.. pink and white soccer ball WITH purple fish- Hey, who am I to judge?! French Apple Pie. My husband attended a Thanksgiving party for his work and someone brought a french apple pie from Gourmet Bake Shoppe. I have never heard so many compliments over a pie. He said it was the best pie he has ever had. I am ordering a few pies for the holidays and can’t wait to try this wonderful pie.
Outstanding cake!. Chef Melissa is the one of the best Chef ever:) I had her made me a surprise birthday cake for my wife as a surprise and she did a excellent in making the best cake for my wife. The cake’s texture was excellent and it’s of the best cake I ever tasted in my entire life and the guest we’re amazed on the detail she did on the cake. She’s easy to deal with and the sample cake are awesome. I highly recommend this bakeshop and I am definitely will have my next cake done with Chef Melissa. Thank you so much Chef! Bravo!
My dsughter’s ‘Tangled’ themed birthday cake was AMAZING!!!! Melissa has some true talent!!! The cake was not only beautiful, but delicious!!! We had the white chocolate cherry flavor, yum yum!
Last Minute Cake. We decided to throw my mother a 50th birthday party at the last minute. Chef Melissa was very good about accommodating us with our last minute cake needs. The cake was not only beautiful but was also very moist and delicious. The flowers on the cake were also edible which I thought was a nice touch. Thank you Chef Melissa for putting your hard work and dedication into this beautiful cake. My mother LOVED it! I would definitely recommend!
Best Flavor ever!. We got married a month ago in Virginia Beach… I am from south america and my husband is from Virginia Beach, we both live in NY.As a south american I was looking for something with flavor and something unique…I found Chef De Long online, made an appoiment and felt in love with her. We had a 4 tier cake: red velvet, Lady Godiva Chocolate w/Kahlua and the White Almond w/Grand Marnier or Chambord…the cake looked amazing! She knew exactly what we were looking for. She even mailed samples to NY for us to tried some of our favorite flavors. She will work around your taste, needs and budget…We can’t wait to make you part of future celebrations. THANK YOU CHEF DE LONG!!! GRACIAS!
