Used to be, could be again. This used to be the best wings around, always thick meaty, saucy wings. Now days the only thing large is the price. They still have some great sauces but for about $1.00 per wing they have shrunk in half it seems. Nothing but bones. One of the last times I got takeout it seemed that they tossed a tablespoon of sauce onto a dozen wings as well. No point in that. Just plain fried chicken at that point. I really hope they get back to their old standards. Also maybe lay off the karaoke. Nothing ruins a night more than that.
Fast friendly service. Food was good. Drink was LARGE. Will be back when I’m in town. Military friendly too.
I heard the hype of this local hot spot and decided to give it a try. It was not the warm fuzzy I had hoped. The staff was unfriendly. It took forever to get service and my wings were cold. I heard they were famous for their wings and honestly I like Buffalo Wild Wings better. Not worth the hype and surprised it received 80%.
Some of these other reviewers are crazy. I’m definetly not a regular, and came in with a kickball team this evening. The wings were awesome, the fries were great and the service was fun… They even took the time to put on a pirates game for us….who watches the Pirates?? This was my first time there, but I’ll be back often.
Save your money. Lendys was always a place where service was not a key point, even if you were a local. Unless you knew the owners you expected slow service. The only good thing WAS the food, now that went south also. Me and my buddies have been going there for over 10 years and it was only for the wings. After a year of bad food and service we decided that we will never go back again. It is a waste of time talking with the Owners or staff, they act like it is a burden to serve you.
Meh…. It might be a good watering hole, but the food is nothing more than mediocre bar eats. I’m wondering where all the accolades for their wings comes from, because they’re not that good. I’ve had better for sure. The kitchen is also pretty slow, which doesn’t help.
NEVER AGAIN!!!. Not sure how this place came up with it’s name because #1 it is NOT a cafe and #2 it is not a Raw Bar!! This is a dive/hole in the wall that is in need of a major renovation, new service staff and cooks. Thank god we didn’t pay (we had a gift certificate) because I would have been really upset. Ordered 1lb. stemed shrimp that came out cold, overcooked and tasteless. Steamed oysters and clams were the size of nickles and were also cold, overcooked and tasteless. After the seafood debacle we decided on their wings. BLAH i have tasted better frozen in a bag from the grocery store. I will NEVER go this place again!!
