Had to try the ballyhooed wings and they were solid for sure. They were cooked decently and they also have a little distinct flavor all on their own as well. Nice local dive with a good core menu.
Not so good. Not too fond of the restaurant. it’s definitely a locals place. me and a friend have gone a few times over the last few months and decided yesterday not to return. 2nd time in a row we didn’t get full orders of wings yesterday 10 and the time before 11. for $11 per dozen I want my dozen. and they are pretty scrawny wings. service is poor at best. I like how the centerpiece is a roll of paper towel. I have only had their wings so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu.
So so. Wings are good, crab cake was cold in the middle, service was slow and rather spotty. Used to be an old Team bar but not anymore. Still full of military at lunch time so plan a trip accordingly. Typical pub fare, pitchers and such. Get there early on game day if you want a table and stay with the wings.
