Awefl with time… said 35 minutes on a thursday which just so happens to be my birthday… took an hr n 20 min and was nice and cold and under cooked… called n asked about it was told they said 45 min even though itd already been an hour… just moved here and will NOT be calling them again!
This place is so bad. We waited for 20 minutes just to get the water and after placing order, the food never arrived. We decided to leave but prior to doing that we requested to speak with a manager who just like the food, never showed up! This place is a complete joke.
Ordered pizza and lasgna to go and while we were waiting we saw a box of stouffers lasagna in their freezer. When questioned they did admit to using frozen lasagna!!!! Apalled, we Cancelled the lasagna order but took the pizza home. We only live across the street but the the pizza was stone cold when we got there. Veggies were cold and raw on top of the cheese and the whole thing tasted like cardboard. NEVER going back. Seriously frozen lasagna at an Italian joint? Give me a break.
Dont do it. This place went from bad to worse. I tried it twice and had the same results both times. the first time i had the lasagna the sauce was disgusting tasted like poop with a hint of ketchup gross should of took the hint and not gone back but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. next we tried the pizza it was delivered cold (i live across the street) and tasted like.. yep you guessed it poop i swear I’ve had better frozen. i will never go to this place i would only recommend it to people i don’t like!!
Great tasting but sure it takes awhile to get it!. I think it’s better to just go pick your food up then wait for delivery. My order last Saturday took 45 minutes and everything was warm.The pizza was nice and greasy and the cheesesteak was tasty and I got the Chicken Tender meal with fries off the kid’s menu and everyone loved it!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$. Let me start by saying I am 31 and have NEVER written a review but tonight I am. The pizza showed up to my doorstep cold, not warm, but cold and it was not cooked all of the way. I called the manager and he was not willing to do much of anything to fix the problem and on top of that he was not very polite. He basically told me over and over that he watched the pizza come out of the oven and that I was wrong. As I type my oven is at 400 and the pizzas are being cooked, should have just made frozen to begin with!!! Instead of spening $50. I will say that the greek salad was done correctly and looks good but that is all that was right.
You will starve waiting for your pizza!. Twice now I have ordered delivery from Nimmo Bella Pizza and both times it took over 2 HOURS and the pizza was ice cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! You and your family will starve waiting for your pizza!
