The pizza might be good but I’d never know. Ordered $100 worth of pizza for 20 people (including 10 teenagers) after checking 90 minutes later I was told that my order was cancelled. Are you kidding me?????? Thanks Bella for ruining our last night of vacation. If you stay in Sandbridge DO NOT GET DELIVERY SERVICE from Bella Pizza.
Poor Customer Service & food. I ordered a white pizza and cheese pizza for a family gathering . The white pizza arrived dried out , the cheese was cold there wasn’t enough ricotta cheese on it. A true NY white pizza have tge right amount of ricotta that is seasoned with oregano and crushes black pepper mixed into it before spread onto the pizza dough and mozzerella cheese . When I called up regarding the white pizza I was told I needed to come down and talk to the owner in which I did . I received the upmost very discouraging attitude from them that I will never eat there or order from them. I will not recommend them to anyone. Their products is a poor taste in what a NY pizza should be like. They may fool other customers but I am from NY and my family has owned several pizza shops and I know first hand how a pizza should be delivered to a customer. Sending out cold pizza that is even not presentable is just poor business. If you don’t know how to make a crispy crust pizza with the right blend then you should not be in business falsifying ther it’s a NY pizza.
Save Your Time & Money & Go ElseWhere. We have ordered several times from Bella – the food has always been ok, not exceptional. Today I order the sampler – the 2 fried shrimp were barely bigger than a nickle. The ravioli has barely enough cheese in it to even see it. There was only ranch to dip your food in, no marinara sauce. The subs were all over cooked and had 1/2 the filling inside that they normally do. They just lost all of our business. Highly Recommend saving your money and going else where!
