Great Pizza. Yes, it is a whole in the wall. However the Pizza is the best, and evidently even my 3 yr. and 5 yr. old grandchildren realize it. They had a cheese pizza from Billy’s. Both came to me and said Grandma, this is good pizza. They only eat cheese pizza. They eat pizza all the time. But this is the first time they both individually felt the need to express an opinion about their pizza.
Good food, HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP!!!. I have been eating at Billys for years and have never been treated so horrible by any of the employees/owners as I was today! First they false advertise food that is actually sold as well as the prices. The owner just tried to charge me $2 for Italian sausages which the menu states is included in the baked ziti i ordered and my food was 20 minutes late! When I call to complain I was cursed out by antoher owner who stated they can charge the customers however much they want cause they f’ing can. When I told him how long ive been a customer and how much money my family spends weekly, I was told that he dont give a f**k and hung up on me!!!!! Its so sad because I really loved Billys until now!!!!

100% Sucks 100% of the Time!. This place is not only a joke it is the the punchline as well. They have been around for years and never improved. Always, ALWAYS a problem with my order. They are either out of this or that every goddamn time I order a side item. Pizza is still not so great, delivery time is atrocious, prices…well I can get better elsewhere for the same price, service on phone SUCKS. Repeat SUCKS!!! My fault for trying this place out 8 years later because I heard there was a new owner. That’s right, I have not ordered for 8 years and there is NO CHANGE. This time I am through FOREVER. Want to improve Norfolk? Close this place DOWN!
I cannot tell you about how many times i have raved about how great everything at billies is. well they changed owners about a six months ago and the new owner has made some improvements but our food was not any kind of improvement. we placed our order at 6:15 we did not get our food until 8:00 there was bad weather and they stated one of the drivers quite but still, the website was an improvement. i like ordering online there is no confusion over what i say on the phone. My fries were cold and soggy, my gyro was ok my daughters was overcooked and made the lamb crunch. the pizza was well done on one side and burnt on the other. All in all i was not impressed but rather disapointed. i am sorry to see a favorite become a unwanted. All in all i will have to say Billies is not what it used to be it is worse.
I like this place , I never tried the pizza but the stuffed shells are pretty good and my potatoe wedges were hotttt literally they burned my mouth , I was noisy and read all the other reviews and I’m glad I didn’t try the pizza yet and now I know not to use my credit card .
Omg are you serious. First off i know most of the time people usually leave bad comments when they feel the need to leave any at all for establishments but i must say.. this place is AWESOME ! ! ! i had driven by its location for years while i have been workin on base at my job and today i finally due to craving some pizza but not the same boring and bland type decided i would give it a try.. not only did they get it here in a flash but it was absolutley amazing.. from the look to the smell an finally the taste.. i know where i will be odering for now on.. thankyou oh an not only do they not over charge their delivery is only bout a dollar.. can we say winning
