Great food and great service! It is clearly written on menu not to be wasteful or you will be charged. Order a few small items eat then order more. The appetizers are awesome. I ate at several places in town, all cost more and didn’t even compare.
Great service, Will try again -. Very friendly service. It is *not* in a bad area – this area is very close to the base and military frequent it. One of my friends got the chicken hibachi – he said it was gummy and didn’t have much flavor. I tried the crabmeat salad, cucumber salad, Butterfly roll, shrimp tempura roll among others. The shrimp tempura roll tasted dry as if it had been made before but the butterfly roll was awesome and the other friend I was with agreed. She had the MacArthur roll and it looked great. We finished off the night with tempura cheesecake which is just ridiculous but it was yummy. Very quiet in there for a Friday night so we hope more people try it – for the money you spend, if you eat your money’s worth then it’s a great value. They do have a measuring line for kids – so if your child is 41+ inches, they will charge you, however they let our kiddo eat some of Dad’s hibachi so it all worked out since he wasn’t on the all-you-can-eat plan. From the all-you-can-eat menu you can choose literally anything – soup, salad, sushi, sashimi, nigiri, appetizers, hibachi, etc.
Not easy to spot but a worthy find.. The location isn’t the most promising place in the world, but once you’re in the door that doesn’t matter any more. One thing to get out of the way up front, they have a posted policy that you get charged more if you fail to finish what you eat on the all you can eat menu. Try not to let your eyes get bigger than your stomach. It’s not a problem if you go hungry and don’t go over board. I enjoyed the food immensely, the staff was wonderful and very attentive. I’ve been twice and intend to make it a regular stop.
All you can eat? Yes please!. This is our new regular Friday lunch spot. The lunch all you can eat menu is large enough that I have never gotten bored of the options, and the dinner menu is even bigger. The fish is so fresh! There were a few weeks where they were still learning to cope with the lunch rush and service was slow, but they’ve since picked up the pace and it’s much quicker (at least when we’re in there, 11-12). The Hampton roll and white tuna nigiri are my favorites. If you want something other than sushi, the pan-fried udon and katsu are great.
Amazing. I absolutely love the sushi buffet dinner. Everything is cooked to order, so a few things may take a while to come to your table. The Volcano Roll is my absolute favorite. They have even been willing to make a few changes or substitutions to rolls we ordered. We have been there about three or four times since they opened, and every time we have left happily full. Each time they have been friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait till we go back 🙂
