Sux. Been going for awhile now. Keep thinking it will get better. A few years ago it was real good but have been seeing gradual down fall. Kept thinking they’d improve but tonight was the last straw. Got c1, c20 and hot/sour soup what a disappointment. Luke warm at best and the fried rice was pale. Never again!
Top slop.. It’s embarrassing how many fast food Chinese reviews I’ve written. This place is one of the better examples of such, with a large menu and distinct flavors that many inexpensive Chinese restaurants lack. Szechuan tofu is probably my favorite of their offerings, but I order something different almost every visit and have yet to be especially disappointed. Their sushi is about what you would expect, which is to say rather poor, but it is on par with the cheap Japanese place in the same strip mall and could certainly be worse. I would say that takeout accounts for most of their business, but their relatively large (maybe 50 seats?) dining room is usually full as well. Service is perhaps a bit below average, as I often find to be the case in popular Asian restaurants. If you’re in Ocean View, it’s worth checking out. Just beware of the aggressive panhandlers that often lurk outside.
Awesome Golden China. I’ve never been disappointed with Golden China. I’ve lived down the street from this place for 5 years and it’s been good, clean, consistent and delicious. And I’ve tried just about everything on the menu. The only flaw in their entire menu, sadly, is the bourbon chicken. It’s too sweet and lacks flavor. Everything else, A quality. Highly recommended.

Great food but they are somewhat flakey when it comes to answering their phones and abiding to their hours of business.
