Hole in the wall gem!. I’ve tried 3 other Chinese food places in Norfolk including the 2 in the Ocean View shopping center area…this one takes the cake! Best dumplings, lo mein, sweet & sour chicken I’ve had since I moved to Norfolk (recommend the bourbon chicken too). We’ve been looking for a good Chinese food place here in town and we finally found it. Unfortunately there’s no menu online, hopefully they can get one up sometime soon. Other than that, the 5 stars is well deserved!
