First time ordering from Golden Pizzeria horrible customer service. My food was cold and horrible. I asked the cashier for ketchup and hot sauce she charged me for it with out telling me. When I called and asked to speak to the manger about the situation she refused to put him on the phone I don’t recommend this place to anybody. I can say the deliver was fast.
This is the best place around me for delivery!!. I love this place!! They have great tasting food, big portions and friendly people. There is not a better delivery food in Norfolk!
Horrible customer service. I don’t care how good your food is, if you can’t give good customer service your not worth my time or money. Everyone here is rude. The y mess up the order and refuse to fix it. The manager refuses to even talk to customers that are unsatisfied. Not sure how this business is still around.
