Worth it. Pictures of old Norfolk adorn the walls of this small Ward’s Corner breakfast/lunch nook. Friendly polite waitresses, friendly polite bussers. Good prices, good food, casual. Owner’s usually on site. Long line on Sunday AM, but moves quickly. Well worth it to stop in.

Love this little mom and pop place. Food, coffee, and service top notch. Found our new breakfast joint.
We went here at 11am on a Monday and the service was horrible. They actually sat other people who got their after us and then told us it was self seating. The waitress was very rude when we asked for water and then, when they screwed up our bill they said that they would need a manager to change the bill and they didn’t have a manager there that day. They finally agreed to give us the difference in cash. In addition the famed orange juice was not made fresh for us and tasted like any ordinary juice. Overall this place is overpacked and underwhelming.
Breakfast. Great place for breakfast. Good coffe, also, which is a good sign for a breakfast place. Lunch & dinner good also. For breakfast they have fresh OJ; I mean there is a machine that they squeeze it all from and it tastes great, sort of a sweet tangerine taste to it. This is where I go out for breakfast.
Death by delicious!! Comfy home style atmosphere, amazing food… Fresh squeezed orange juice!!!
Big John. IHOP does not give you a free meal, after being a customer for six times, your next meal is free. The only day things are crowded is Sunday morning, I love their Waffles w/fresh strawberries and cream, well worth the wait. Very nice waitresses.
