Don’t Bother!. Placed order online. It was a snow day so a lot of businesses were closed. Realizing this I called the restaurant. No answer. Called a couple more times, still no answer. This was during business hours. No voicemail saying they were closed. I wouldn’t be upset if I didn’t get charged for the food. Called the store when I seen that the charge went through, the manager was extremely rude and condescending. Said I wasn’t charged and didn’t even want to hear me explain what happened. I asked for store manager and he said he was the owner and there is no one else to talk to. This is real life, folks. This man does not deserve another dollar. Also I ate from here before… food was a little bland but it’s okay. Only Italian food that delivers and I was willing to take what I could get. All in all, don’t waste your time or money.
Horrible delivery / Horrible food. Thought we would try this place for some lunch. Ordered pizza and salads. Unable to leave the office we decided to have the food delivered. The food arrived 45 minutes later. The delivery driver did not speak more than one word at the most, he just handed the food to us and put his hand out for the money. Can you say rude? Paid for the food and he left. Opening the boxes The food was somewhat appealing. They did not supply napkins or utensils to eat the salad or pizza with. I guess that’s our fault for not ordering a fork. The pizza was like flavored cardboard of some type. Probably the most driest pizza I’ve ever had. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. So we tried to eat the salad with our fingers and was so disgusted with the lack of flavor in the salad , everything was thrown in the trash. There will be no more ordering of food from this restaurant and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible the only way to describe this experience.
Stay away from this place. They steal ur money wen u want ur money back and there kitchen is ver dirty. I know that because i have a friend that works there.
The best pizza ever. Its the best pizza i have eat in my life and its no pork there all are beef and they jave a very good service and the best delivery time in the all pizza in the area
Loved it!!!. Sorry to hear about the bad experiences other guests had…we just ate there and talked about how great it was the whole way home (we even contemplated turning around to go buy some more slices). We have frequented several NYC pizza places in the last few years and this place is legit! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service as well. Authentic NY style pizza…the white pizza was excellent!!!
Ordered a pizza ahead of time for delivery for husbands birthday. Pizza didn’t show but it was okay. Called after party to get refund of partial payment and they refused saying that it was my fault for giving the wrong date. I tried to be polite saying how much we loved their pizza and were sorry that it didn’t work out this time but that we’d return again but manager was instant that all he would do was allow us to have a free pizza next time (on his word). My husband went in to speak to him himself and the manager was so rude by this point, telling my husband to calm down when he wasn’t even raising his voice and telling him that he wasn’t talking to him and would only address me. He ended up refunding most of it, minus the tip that I gave in advanced. Last time we go there…you never treat a guest like that if you appreciate their business. Pizza very greasy and slightly over seasoned anyway…
Horrible customer service. This used to be my favorite pizza place. Being from NY I searched high and low for over 10 years for a place that was close to home. This place used to be as legit as they came. The past 3 times we have ordered a pie from there the crust has been closer to Papa Johns or Dominos crust. If I wanted a thicker crust then I would have ordered from there. My final straw was today when I was craving a salad and ordered one. It showed up here with 60% of the salad being feta cheese. It was inedible. Every bite was overpowered by the feta. I called to ask for another one. The audacity of the guy who answered the phone. He said to take some of the feta off and it should be fine. I said no, you’re going to bring me another one. He asked if I was going to come get it. Ummm…no, you’re going to send it to me. Seriously?! Granted I’m not going to eat it because someone spit in it but still, principal of the matter. What a shame. I loved this place. Never again!!
