We got there right at the breakfast/brunch rush hour, line was out the door, and we were still seated fairly quickly. Pancakes were huge and delicious, not dry at all, sweet and satisfying flavor. My ham omelette was hearty and very tasty. Hash browns were great. Corned beef hash popped with flavor, and the sweet potato puffs were a nice touch and had a brown sugar glaze. I will make this a regular brunch visit!!

The guys at work have been telling me to try Tommy’s for over a year now and I finally got around to it. I wish I had sooner. Wonderful experience. I had a warm welcome as soon as I came through the door. I was seated quickly despite the restaurant being busy. Then, I don’t think five minutes passed in between the waitress taking my order and a hot Belgian waffle being placed in front of me. It was fluffy and delicious. I ordered the Virginia Ham to go with it and it was a decently sized slab of pork. They only accept cash as payment, but there’s an ATM right by the main entrance. I highly recommend Tommy’s. It’s the epitome of Southern hospitality and warmth.
