Eight Day Old Carrot Cake. There was hardly anything in the case (on a Sunday), so I opted for a piece of carrot cake in plastic wrap. Should have known. When unwrapping, found the date when cake was made…over eight days ago. This is a small coffee shop. Why don’t they check? Then do the right thing and not sell stale desserts? Very disappointed. Should have gone to Cranberries up the street. (Coffee on the Corner is closed on Sunday.) Also agree with previous reviewer, staff is not very welcoming.

An excellent cappuccino…. My husband and I stayed in Staunton and after trying several different coffee shops, happened upon this one. I was pleasantly surprised when they made me an absolutely fabulous cappuccino. Their espresso drinks and drip coffees are fantastic. I would recommend this place to any coffee lover!
