This place has gone downhill over the years. Every time we’ve been here the service was terrible. I can understand if it’s busy. But a lack of service when there’s hardly anyone there is unacceptable. The food is never cooked right and doesn’t come out all together like it should. I shouldn’t have to remind the server to bring the rest of my food out. It’s just sits in the back getting cold. Managers, Cooks and servers need to be trained to do their job. Service USED to be great, not anymore.
I’ve been here a few times and I usually end up ordering the Jack Daniels chicken sandwich because the price is not too bad. I also love the dipping sauce that comes with the sandwich. My only complaint is that they have messed my order up twice. I order my sandwich without mayo and the past 2 times I’ve been here, they put mayo on my sandwich.
