In a not so nice neighborhood is one of the best barbecue restaurants ever. The pulled pork and beef brisket along with pork and beans and jalapeno cornbread simply sublime.
Just read the scoring in the NVA magazine BBQ competition! Absolute, aka Ben’s, is the current run away winner! And, it is in a log cabin and next to a trailer park–how can BBQ get any more realistic than this?
We had a backyard reception after our out of town wedding and Absolute BBQ did a great job, supplying more than enough of everything. Food is always delicious and well priced.
