Really good. This is the third Carrabas I’ve been to and like the others, the food is really good. Amazing for casual dining actually. Thoroughly enjoyed the veal piccata – love the lemony sauce.
I’ve eaten here several times and I have never had a bad experience. I usually order chicken Marsala or the pollo rosa maria. Both dish are just out of this world. The chicken it so tender and the sauces are to die for. Their pasta is also really good. Defiantly one of my favorite places.
A weekly tradition.. I’m not a fan of most chain Italian restaurants. Not that they are terrible, but it just all seems like stuff you could easily make at home. Even Lasagna which is a laborious process at home still doesn’t taste that extra special. But none of that’s true for Carrabba’s. The pasta here is what really stands out for me. I can’t explain it but it has a good bitey quality, it’s not just Al Dente there is something else going on, maybe it’s the freshness. The other thing I love is the Italian side salads, and to get me excited about a side salad is saying something. So in all points good stuff. On a side note, I’ll let everyone know about a dish I like to order that’s not on the menu, which I like to call the Pasta Budlio. Here’s the steps to get it:1) Order the Pasta Carrabba2) Sub lemon butter sauce3) Minus the mushrooms (or keep them if you like them, but that would not be a Pasta Budlio haha.)4) Add Prosciutto5) Let me know what ya think
