Terrible Place and Food. I was in the area visiting family for Thanksgiving and we decided to try this place out since we’d been to a Brazilian steakhouse in a different stae and loved it. However, upon arriving at this place a couple bulbs were out outside and the parking lot was empty. When we got inside it wasn’t much better. The hot/cold bar looked as if the food had been sitting out for quite some time and wasn’t fresh. The meat that came out was dry or hard as a rock. and they wanted $20 just to eat from the hot/cold bar. That’s rediculous. We won’t be back and will never recommend this place. Oh and the staff were so bored they were reading.
From the outside the Charbroil Grill appears very plain and just another dive, but the interior is completely different with nice intimate lighting and plenty of open floor space. The food is excellent from the fresh salad/sides bar filled with mozarella tomato salad and seafood chowder to the steady stream of delectable meats floating around to your table. The lamb and beef are cooked perfectly medium rare and the salmon accompanied with an orange cream sauce was fantastic. This was definitely a great find. Would absolutely come back again especially at $25 a person.

We liked it.. We had a great time at this place. Our waiter — Billy– was wonderful. The beef rib stew in red wine was great. The salad bar was impressive. The food from the grill was delicious. Save yourself for the Sirloin.We were hungry and we left satisfied.How many times does that happen – especially off of route 95 going South?There were many offerings so I suggest getting a little bit of everything and then going back for the things that you like best and talk to Billy, if he is there. He really knows what is great. If he is not your waiter, ask if he is there and talk to him about the most yummy things there. You will not regret it.
Again and Again. My daughter had eaten at the Brazilian restaurant in Fair Oaks & said how great it is. I was discussing it with one of my daughter’s girlfriends who recommended that I try Charbroil Grill for far less then the restaurant in Fair Oaks. My husband & I decided to try Charbroil and were very pleased. The atmosphere was not elaborate but pleasant but the food was great. and management was very attentive. We went at lunch time and the price was terrific. We really fell in love with the roasted pineapple. My husband wanted to go back the next day. Highly recommend this place. recommendation of one of my daughter’s friends.
