Great thai food
Food and Service has gone down hill. We ate at Pen 2 weeks ago and that was the worse meal we had ever paid for there. The buffet food was cold and they have replaced white chicken meat with dark . We had to ask for water. It was a Sunday lunch and there were very few people in the restraurant. We remember a time when sunday lunch was crowded. What happened?
Omg not just bad Chinese- just bad. I found a rock in my food-a rock! They knocked off $2.45 YES two $ and 45 cents! My advice? Eat Spam instead
I grew up in Purcellville and Pen’s is really the only place to go for asian food… Consequently For the longest time I thought I didn’t like Chinese food. Turns out I just don’t like bad Chinese food.

Best food. I love pen’s , the spicy pa-nag curry is to die for. this place is become favorite of mine.
Not good. Wow! this place stinks. I went about 5 years ago when I first moved to the area and thought it was pretty bad. Then I read some reviews that said it was really good and had great sushi. It’s sushi is grocery store quality at best. The rice is dry, chewy and unseasoned and the slabs on fish on the nigiri sushi are thin and just barely large enough to cover the oversized rice ball. My kids love Chinese food and they even said it wasn’t very good.
