Great for breakfast, nostalgic small town restaurant. Great hometown restaurant that is cheaply priced. Wonderful old-time atmosphere although they have remodeled some – still has the old lunch counter with the stools and there is plenty of booth and table seating. They are especially known for their breakfast gravy. We often go for breakfast – the pancakes are awesome, the coffee is hot, and the bacon is thick and flavorful. We went for dinner and I enjoyed the old-fashioned hot roast beef sandwich smothered in brown gravy, although my husband griped about his meatloaf to high heaven. If you don’t want to eat like you are visiting grandma, you shouldn’t go here. Great family place and they sometimes have live music on the weekends.
