You are only as good as your last meal. We have been here 6 or7 times and until yesterday, the chicken was very good. yesterday evening they served us old dry chicken so we are not returning. my general rule is I don’t eat anywhere that I can so it better myself at home…and I can do better than what they served me last night .there are many other nearby chicken options so we will switch to Waku Chicken or try new ones.jason, http://WWW.DCFUD.com dcfud.com
Love this place …. Lots of well-written reviews here describe the food here – and we agree with most of them (we don’t agree with the ones that are picky and don’t like the chicken!). The reasons we like Pollo Peru best: a conveniently located, simple, clean, fun, no fuss, cheap place with food we all like. Doesn’t get any better than that. It’s in our neighborhood, close by – and we have had so many great evenings sitting up in the little dining area talking. We hope this place is NEVER DISCOVERED! Thanks, Pollo Peru.
