I am apart of the rewards program just after two visits and order at least three salads to keep in the fridge weekly. Once I must have made a mistake while placing the order online and without trouble or worry the manager quickly emailed me a brief apology and explanation of what may have occurred, all while offering one free salad. (As good as these salads are, I have been back more than ten times and not redeemed the freebie.) Fresh, fast and friendly, Sweetgreen has won me over!
