Although the ordering process is a little confusing at first and the dining area is really loud, when I got my order of pasta, I thought it was really good. Looking forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu.
Food was average! Be careful what you order some of the dishes are good some aren’t! Although staff is courteous enough to change it for you or make it the way you want. Liked their breads!
I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone. The concept is unique and could be very good but he execution is horrible. The wait time for pasta with the restaurant 2/3 empty to even order was over 30 minutes. We gave up and ordered pizza. The pizza crust was burned, and had the consistency of cardboard. The bar area at happy hour (which is about 40% of the restaurant space) had exactly 2 patrons, my daughter and me. The management does not care, is not reponsive. In fact when I expressed concern to the manager on site, he laughed it off. Would strongly recommend Il Fornaio just around the corner as an alternative.
Rushed in at closing time for a quick meal. The staff was accommodating and quickly served us pastas and pizzas. Amazing food. Can customise your meal according to need. Best Italian I’ve had in years!
Still on the fence about this place. I like the concept of just going up to the cook and placing your order but they seemed annoyed/too busy to want to take the order. The water situation is awkward. I like the seating. I wasn’t impressed with the pizza. I’ll try the pasta next time.
We love this place and take our kids & there friends on a good day and sit outside. A bit to loud to enjoy our meal.
Nice place. Very nice place, although it can get a bit noisy around kids eating times. The pizza is delicious – I recommend the Americano with a house side salad. Happy hour prices are good and the staff very friendly.
