Horrible service. Got scolded loudly when I came in to pick up my order because I gave them the wrong name of the roll I ordered. Got back from pickup and it was the wrong roll entirely. Did not end up eating it. Will not be going back
First time and I’m hooked.. Based on the reviews, we chose Mai Sushi (and drove all the way from Mechanicsville) for our first real sushi experience. Having limited experience with such a menu, we placed ourselves in the owner’s capable hands. He listened carefully as I explained my allergy to sesame and was thoughtful when making his suggestions. Everything he brought to our table was beautiful and fresh and SO GOOD! I really have nothing to compare it to, but I have a feeling that this sushi is….just perfect. We can hardly wait to go back again. Seriously, I wish they were open for breakfast tomorrow. That good.
