Great Breakfast. The pot roast is worth a visit. The service is friendly and fast. Have been going there for years. A true Richmond landmark.

Worst breakfast. We went to McLean’s because it was rated best breakfast in Richmond. We were very disappointed. First, their menu states NO SUBSTITUTIONS. So for someone who cannot eat eggs, you can’t swap for any other item. Second, it took more than 30 min to get our food (an omelet and an order of pancakes). Third, my boyfriend never even got his order of home fries after waiting 40 minutes. The staff was rude, impersonal, and seemed miserable to be at work. Lastly, our bill was $22, for an omelet an order of pancakes and two coffees. I hope no one else makes the same mistake we did!!!!

Traditional diner with quick friendly wait staff. Biscuits are light puffy clouds of deliciousness. Add some gravy and you are there. Don’t miss this spot for breakfast.

Im from Jersey home of the 24hr diners. I’ve been down south for 11yrs and never been to a restaurant that served scrapple, that alone impressed me as well as the food being prompt and very good. Excellent breakfast. On my trips to Jersey i will be making a pit stop here.

Best diner in town. The price is right, the staff is hardworking and friendly, and if you know your way around a breakfast (the good greasy kind) you won’t be disappointed. The sandwiches and burgers are the perfect no frills lunch. And theyre open all night on friday and saturday. For what it is you can’t beat it.

Nothing Special!!. Went here the other day for brunch. We sat at our both for over 5 minutes before a waitress even came over. When she did, she was very rude to us. It was a busy time, but no reason to be rude to patrons. About the food, it was nothing special. I can make the same at home. But after the rude service, we probable won’t be back.

Unbeatable!. Friendly staff, great down-home breakfasts. City’s best country ham, biscuits. Everything else good too!Atmosphere not much (think family restaurant), but my family and I love it and I unhesitatingly take guests there for great southern breakfasts.Have had lunch there yet, but it’s by far one of city’s best breakfast spots.I’m glad they recently went smoke-free on weekends (and I believe they’ll soon be entirely smoke-free)!
