Twice -Very Disappointed. Dec.18th ,ordered our meal to go. Fianc had just got out of surgery, and this was her wish. We have always been pleased with everything in the past. I ordered a meal for three of us. Both deserts we wanted were sold out (homemade ice cream & the chocolate cake), which was odd as it was only around 5 pm. Regardless, got home and al three of us were greatly disappointed with each of the meals… Jan. 9th my fianc daughter came up from North Carolina and wanted to go there to eat. We told her of our last experience, however, we caulked it up to it being a to go order and decided to give PF’s another chance. Not good…both of us ordered lettuce wraps. Both were burnt. Waitress never mixed sauce, in fact we had to wait over 30 min for her to bring the sauces. I asked her to please mix them, she said she did it in the back already and walked off. Neither of the main dishes were good. She had ordered food to take home for dinner that night and her husband thought all was over priced and not something he would want again. This is a restaurant that we really loved to go to, take friends, family and gift cards at CHristmas – not anymore.
Typical Chinese. There’s one thing you can be sure of no matter where you are, P.F. Chang’s will always be satisfactory. That said, the food at this location which was once impressive has become average. The past few times everything has tasted processed and full of preservatives. For the price, and the drive, it’s not really worth it. If you want affordable, delicious chines try Chen’s!

Very good chain restaurant. The service was excellent. There was a half hour wait on a Sunday evening, so be prepared for that. The Lettuce Chicken Wraps off of the appetizer menu is probably the best thing in this place. It’s sized for sharing but next time I’m getting my own. Some of the entrees are kind of bland and need the soy sauce or chili vinegar that is provided on the table. Next time I will order something spicier. The prices are very fair and the ambience is comfortable and modern with Chinese dcor. I will definitely be back.
Ironically I’m actually siting in this PF Chang location but could not wait until I exited to write this. The service here has been subpar and quite offensive. My waitress actually dropped my table and would not service us. I cannot help but consider that this abrupt change might have been racially motivated. My girlfriend asked why she moved and another waitress told her that she did not know why she left. I have not enjoyed my experience at all and will not be back.
Get a Saline Drip…. Because you’ll be so dehydrated after consuming so much salt. I wouldn’t be shocked if I found someone cutting lines of MSG in the bathroom.Let’s not beat around the bush, this food is bad.
