Destination for the Captive Audience. Generally catering to the nearby workers from adjacent office buildings, the Jefferson is the quintessential quick lunch spot in Rosslyn. The Cafe does a high volume during the daily lunch rush. Sadly, they operate on a $5.00 minimum for debit (most of the sandwiches can be had for less than the minimum, thus prompting you to purchase additional items in order to make overcome their debit obstacle.) The great sandwich/deli section of the Jefferson Cafe is the only saving grace of an otherwise overpriced lunch spot for the captive audience of office workers.
