As a true pho lover, I believe this is the 2nd best pho in the world, after Place d’Italie in Paris, France. If you wonder what’s the 3rd, it’s a tie between a small place in downtown Seattle, WA and in Chinatown Sydney Australia.I literally vacuumed the light tasty broth dry. The only downside is, I guess for health reasons, pho in the US are not served with raw sliced beef like the original.
