So you have sushi and then you have these monster burritos sushi rolls! I usually crave Maki and sushi atleast once a week. Having lived in rosslyn for the last 6 months, and having passed by this delightfulness every other day, it was only today that I decided to stop and give it a try – and I’m glad I did. They have a pretty consistent menu, easy to understand and they also have a make your own roll section. I picked up the BY U crunch, which was an already set combination of ingredients. Apart from the burrito they also have the option of a sushi bowl. I mean, what more could you ask for. The BY U crunch burrito was made in front of me in literally 3-4 minutes. And omg, so delicious and so filling. Totally worth $14. I had a take out but they do have a nice cozy indoor seating as well. Will definitely return!

Rolls By U is similar to Buredo except that they offer actual sushi as well. The rolls are untraditional and filled with more fried favorites than actual sushi. Still, I decided to try a roll, as I don’t enjoy it as a burrito. I had one with spicy tuna, scallions, spicy mayo, eel sauce, and vegetables. The roll was huge, and I couldn’t finish it. You got so much more for the price here compared to other sushi places. The roll was good, though there was too much fried stuff for my liking. I think I would’ve went with something more traditional if I saw it on the menu. The menu is very simple, which is one of the cons.
