Not impressed overall. For the cost of the dishes I was not impressed at all. Service sucked and they were not able to recommend anything, only wanted to take order and move along. Salad was mediocre, and main mean was awful. Overall the food was bland, and no different that a frozen Italian entree. We waited for over an hour so you would think that the food would be hot and fresh, and there was obviously a following with the length of the wait. Maybe it was pie on our face for all of us?
Reliable. Carrabba’s is a chain and just like every other chain their portions are a little smaller compared to a few years ago. The food is consistently good and on the odd occasion that there has been an issue, the management staff have always been eager to make things right. I prefer to eat at locally owned restaurants but Carrabba’s is hands down my favorite chain restaurant in Roanoke

Disappointment and incompetent service. I mean these folks really suck. The salad was trash. All core leaves and dressing was gritty. The lasagna I have had many times before at other locations and this sad little portion came to the table. Scale of 1 to 10 this location 3.
