Mr. Boone. Wonderful experience from the greeting staff to managers and my server. Made me feel very welcome. They took great care of me on my visit. Food was fresh and great. My server was execellent took great care of me from drinks to food and even desert. Wonderful people skills and he connect with my son and I during the nba playoffs. I believe his name was Dominic.
It’s ok. It’s a busy place, so you’ve gotta step up with a voice to get stuff done. However if your ok with that, then you’ll have no problem. Best place to sit is at the bar, your server will never be far away. It’s a good pre-club warm up location, with plenty of people to mingle with.
Don’t Even Bother. I swung by BWW for a place a take out order. They have a counter dedicated solely to take out orders. I chose the chicken tender salad assuming it would be a quick item to prepare. Unfortunately the cook didn’t read that it was TO GO. The server that took my order informed the cook about the error and then disappeared. My salad was dumped into a container and left to sit. Three other servers noticed my order sitting in the window ready to go but ignored it even though I was standing right in front of the counter waiting. One glanced at it and kept walking. I can understand that because he could have been busy with their tables. The next server read the ticket and went on her way. The third took the time to place it in a bag but failed to turn around and hand it to me. When i eventually got my my food I was completely disappointed. The lettuce was what your would get out of a bag. It was comprised of wilted and browning iceberg lettuce and thin, dry strips of carrot and red cabbage. While there was a decent amount of chicken it hardly made up for the overall poor quality of the dish. I don’t expect 5 star cuisine at BWW but the combination of low quality ingredients and very poor service was a major turnoff. As far as Im concerned BWW isn’t not worth your time or money.
